PERSONAL TRAINING
Some folks prefer one-on-one, personal training and/or smaller group private training. The reasons why and how we chose to approach our fitness and health goals are unique and varied. If you are new to fitness training or are wanting to get "back in shape" or simply prefer a more private atmosphere, we are here. Our certified and experienced athletic trainers will be happy to work with you on YOUR schedule.
CrossFit workouts are infinitely scaleable for every fitness level and age group. Most workouts can be accomplished in less than 60 minutes, to include warmup, instruction and skill practice, the workout itself and warm down/stretching. We counsel sound and practical nutrition, and can help you get your eating habits on track. Our methods are time tested and proven, no fads or quick fixes, just real fitness and health. We provide the framework and coaching, you only need to show up on time and work hard. If you do this, you WILL see results, we promise!
Your first session is free, and will consist of an interview and an assessment of your current fitness level, health condition and goals. We will coach you through a short, fun workout and get to know each other a little bit. If we decide together, that private training with us is the right approach for you, we can set an appointment for your next session(s).
Training sessions are $70 per hour with no extra or hidden costs or fees and no long term contracts. You pay for your training month to month, and can discontinue training at any time, simply let us know your wishes before the next month starts.
