No other training develops strength, speed, coordination and flexibility like traditional Olympic Weightlifting. The Olympic lifts are the "Clean and Jerk" and the "Snatch". They are the staple of any well rounded strength and conditioning program and are almost exclusively taught in only the best, high level college and professional sports programs. Gain an edge in your sport! Football, Soccer, Baseball and Track and Field all rely on explosive speed and strength. Most, if not all commercial "Globo-Gyms" won't allow you to train these lifts. They lack the proper equipment and training required to safely and effectively "go overhead". At Hc2 we use lifting platforms, rubber "bumper" plates, high quality, fast spinning olympic bars and even chalk! We have professionally trained and certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches certified by recognized organizations, including NSCA, NSCCA, USAW and CrossFit. We continually seek and attend training from world class coaches such as Coach Mike Bergener and Coach Greg Everett. Join us for always coached, high intensity, progressive, weightlifting sessions in a dedicated, well equipped facility. Take your strength and conditioning training to the next level!
