THIRD: PRIVATE COACHING
-Once you have completed the fitness evaluation, you begin private coaching sessions to teach you the fundamental movement patterns you need for Crossfit (and Life). This phase typically consists of 10-15 sessions, depending on the consistency and intensity of your training, your diet, sleep patterns and athletic ability. We require a minimum of 10 sessions at $500 for 1 on 1 training, or $400 (each) for 1 on 2 training (bring a friend!). Most reasonably active students with a decent degree of fitness will take about 10 private fitness sessions to graduate to our group ON -RAMP sessions.
Some students may need the extra attention of 1 on 1 training and will continue with private coaching sessions to get them to the next level.
FOURTH: GROUP ON-RAMP
Our group ON-RAMP will occur as instruction and sport. It is crucial to further your education into human performance, nutrition and health. On- Ramp is where you are introduced to the increased intensity and competition present in our regular group classes. ON- RAMP IS 10 SESSIONS and is only $100. Experiencing the motivation, camaraderie, competition and accountability, present in our group sessions, is your roadmap to success... in fitness, health and life!
FIFTH: REGULAR GROUP CLASSES!
By now you have strengthened your body and mind and have graduated to our Regular CrossFit group classes. Group Classes are led and coached and occur as sport and competition. You compete with yourself and others for time, points and glory! Regular group classes are only $35 per week. Consistent participation in the full dose of the "CrossFit Method" will guarantee continued, drastic improvement in all areas of fitness, health and life!
