Harbor City CrossFit Basic Boot Camp is a four week indoor/outdoor, functional fitness Boot Camp. Our camps provide the catalyst and structure for anyone seeking a healthy lifestyle transformation.
The idea of a Boot Camp, for some, may be a bit intimidating but there's no need to worry!.
Our Basic Boot Camp is structured to encourage, motivate and educate all participants, in a friendly and fun atmosphere. People from all walks of life and all levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged to participate.
