Mon. - Fri. Morning WOD times; 0530, 0630, 0745
Mon. - Fri. Evening WOD times; 1730, 1830, 1930
Sat. WOD times; 0800, 0900, 1000, 1100
Sun. WOD times; 0900, 1000, 1100
Dedicated, one hour training blocks will continue to consist of; a warmup (usually first 15 min.), instruction of technique, the WOD and warm down with skill practice. Please pick a time and BE ON TIME! Our continued growth (a good thing), requires that we continue to add more structure, ensuring everyone gets the best "bang" from their training time. Our intention is to better exploit the "group dynamic", where great instruction, training and practice meets intensity, competition and camaraderie in a symphony of sweat!
