Hi Sheri,
The staff & members of HC2 would be glad to hand you a full six pack of cool aid. If you are not hooked after that, it wasn't meant to be. You can drop in any time and give it a try. I guarantte you will keep coming back for more. This weekend would be a great time to drop in and watch some of the true believers go head to head in the Crossfit Challenge.
