Mini POSE running clinic crew. Whit (black T) from CROSSFIT JAX helped us with a mini POSE running clinic last week. Great job Whit! Big improvements in running technique in a short time. Whit was visiting us for a week (He is originally from Melbourne, now in Jacksonville) and is part of our extended CrossFit Family. Thanks CF JAX for letting us borrow him.
